ORIZABA - Residencia 4
A home that doesn't end where you expect it to.
Residence 4 marks a new chapter within the Orizaba collection.
On the ground floor, a bedroom, living room, dining area and kitchen unfold around interconnected social spaces and an interior garden that draws natural light and greenery deep into the residence. Its generous proportions make entertaining feel especially effortless.
Upstairs, bedrooms and a private lounge create a quieter world removed from the activity below.
The rooftop introduces another dimension entirely, with a jacuzzi, grill and social lounge designed for open-air gatherings and evenings above the city.
And then there is the Haven.
Located below ground, this additional level becomes the home's private entertainment retreat. The plan allows for lounge seating, television, games and intimate social areas—somewhere to host friends, settle in for a movie or allow an evening to continue long after the rest of the house has gone quiet.
The project specifically conceives this level as a place to gather, play, rest and entertain with greater privacy.
Rich woods, natural stone, tactile surfaces and subdued lighting give the residence the relaxed sophistication of a contemporary private club, while remaining unmistakably residential.
