Casa Vista Hermosa
Casa Vista Hermosa is located in El Suspiro, a community very close to City Market, the Malanquin Golf Club, and the sports complex. The property is laid out across four levels designed with exceptionally comfortable living spaces.
Upon entering, you are greeted by a double-height foyer finished in stone. Moving forward, the living room, dining room, and kitchen blend seamlessly; the dining area stands out with its own double-height ceiling, accompanied to one side by an interior courtyard with a fountain that brings in abundant natural light and ventilation. This same floor features a beautiful garden filled with varied plants and flowers, complemented by a dual-sided fireplace that shares its warmth with the living room.
Additionally, this level includes a secondary bedroom with a full bathroom.
The basement houses the service quarters, another bedroom with a full bathroom, a wine cellar, and an expansive, versatile area set up as a game room—where the current owners even installed a sauna.
Heading up to the second level, a cozy sitting area welcomes you with views looking down into the double-height entrance. Here you will find an additional secondary bedroom with a full bathroom, as well as the primary suite, which offers separate his-and-hers walk-in closets, a private balcony, and a newly remodeled bathroom complete with a soaking tub and a spacious shower.
Finally, the covered rooftop terrace features a jacuzzi, a half bathroom, a laundry area, and panoramic views of the mountains and the reservoir.
