The guest room includes a built-in closet and an AC system, while the primary suite features a beautiful bóveda ceiling, generous closet space and a full bathroom with a built-in tub. Both bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms and open onto a shared balcony with panoramic views of the Santo Domingo Valley and the northern side of the city.
On the lower level, a powder room, spacious pantry, and kitchen flow naturally into the living and dining areas through a convenient breakfast bar.
